She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Earnest and Mabel Elizabeth Faulkenberry (Odom); her siblings, Velma Alyine Johnson, Lena Mardel Rook, Agnes Loretta Hutson, Hallie Faye Stovall, Bessie May Burnett, Geneva Jo Teel, Lucius John Faulkenberry (Boots), Roland Curtis Faulkenberry and Ira Lee Faulkenberry; and her husband J. W. Church.
She is survived by: her siblings, Elena Wanda Threatt and Chessley Wade Faulkenberry (Carolyn); her sister-in-law Pat Faulkenberry; her children, Sherry Lynn Johnson (Mitchell), Rusty Church and Twyla Owen (David); her grandsons, Johnathan Jonson (Tara) and Joshua Johnson (Ann); and her great grandchildren, Izzy and Teddy Johnson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, their children and grandchildren; not to be excluded, her precious church family.
