She was predeceased by: her parents, John West and Dovie West (Stallings); her former husband Leroy Barbee; her daughter Tonya Browning; her granddaughter Rachel Baker; her siblings, Farris West, Jesse West (Harlen) and Mary Adams; and her son-in-law Jimmy Don Chambless.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard A. Peters; her daughter Pam Chambless; her granddaughters, Jennifer (Brandon Pryor) and Jill (Brian Manning); her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Kinley, Landry Pryor, Jack and Meri Manning; and her family, Royce, Tammy and Mackenzie Peters. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
