She was predeceased by: her parent Clements Holzemer. She is survived by: her mother Henrietta Barbara Holzemer (Reinardy); her husband Jerry Cook; her children, Michael Schroeder (Anna) and Cindy Sommer (Don); her grandchildren, Jordan Docusen (Chandler), Jasmin Schroeder, Dayne Sommer (Erica) and Kaylin Sommer; her great grandchild Steel Sommer; and her brother Glen Holzemer (Ginny). She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
