He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Coleman and Lawrence Coleman of Mabank, Texas.; his siblings, Larry Coleman, MD and Jane Haber; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn McDermett, Sandra Coleman, Willard Cox and Don McDermett.
He is survived by: his wife Myrlan Coleman; his daughter Jill Coleman Chilcoat, MD (Gray Chilcoat, MD); his grandsons, James, Cole, Brad and Drew; his son Will Coleman (Wendy Coleman); his grandchildren, Payton, Towson and Aidan; his sister-in-law Fran Cox; and his nieces and nephews, Don McDermett, J. Scott McDermett, Kristen Pogue, James Cox, Cari Roan, Brooke Coleman, Jon Coleman, Ashley Leasure, Amber Baker, Branley Rogers, Cameryn Coleman, Matt Coleman and Brad Coleman.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace First Presbyterian Church (606 Mockingbird Ln, Weatherford, TX 76086).
