He is survived by: his mother Helen Odessa Benthall (Reeve); his wife Joyce Canright of Weatherford, Texas; his children, Wendy and Dusty; his siblings, Troy and Amber of Fort Worth, Texas; and his grandchildren, Ryder Benthall, Lacy, Cada Davis, Jovi VanDertuin and Grace Dodson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives.
