She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Leon Harper and Grace Enola Harper (Wheeler); her brother Joseph Harper; her sister-in-law Ann Harper; and her nephews, Mike Harper and Daren Harrell.

She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Irvin Mullins of Weatherford, Texas.; her children, Kelvin Lee Mullins (Bridget), Keith Allen Mullins (Veronica) and Kerri Lynn Stein (Phil); her grandchildren, Stefan Mullins (Amanda), Lauren Weatherby (Dan), Kristin Stein, Matthew Mullins (Rebecca) and Caleb Stein (Keeley); her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Breck, Vivianna Mullins and Archer Weatherby; and her sister Glenda Harper Harrell (James Harrell). She is also survived by married the love of her life.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Betty's name to the North Side Baptist Church Building Fund.
