As Eddie Russell departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Eddie Russell may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Eddie Russell leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Finley Garland Bloodworth and Luddie Mae Bloodworth (Williams); and his brothers, Finley Garland "Butch" Bloodworth and Billy Ray Bloodworth. He is survived by: his niece Karissa Wimberley (Will); his nephew Shane Bloodworth (Stacy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cooper, Lillian, Finley, Reid Wimberley and Keller Bloodworth.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services (913 N Elm St, Weatherford, TX 76086). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Memory Gardens of the Valley (5600 Mineral Wells Hwy, Weatherford, TX 76088).
