He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Fulks and Mildred Faulks (Stanley); his brother Ray; and his nephew Aaron. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sue Allen of Hurst, Texas; his children, Michael Allen and Stephanie Allen; his grandchildren, Sara, Ethan, Skylar and Rylan Allen; his great grandchild Katherine Rose Allen; and his brothers, Wayne and Michael Faulks.
A graveside service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Central Cemetery (4290 Old Agnes Rd, Weatherford, TX 76088).
