It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Wesley Cox of Weatherford, Texas, who passed away on November 17, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudyard Cox and Lora Cox (Dunsworth); his son Richard Wesley Cox; his grandson Wesley Herndon; and his siblings, Melba Cox, John and Frank Cox.
He is survived by: his wife Melody Cox of Weatherford, Texas; his daughter Angela; his son-in-law David Herndon of Weatherford, Texas; his grandchildren, David Herndon and Victoria Herndon; his brothers, George R. (Ginger Cox) and Charles R. (Cara Cox); and his great grandchild Hunter Herndon.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Restland Cemetery.
