He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Ishmeal McNiel Sr. and Helen Louise Beauchamp; and his brother Rickiey McNiel. He is survived by: his sons, Shannon McNiel (LeAnn) and Aaron McNiel (Nicole); and his sisters, Connie Bunn (Larry) and Carlotta Parson (James). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
