He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Carballo of Weatherford, Texas; his son Clay John Carballo; his daughter-in-law Paula Carballo; his stepchildren, Eric Dawson and Victoria Dawson-Miller (Rocky Miller); and his grandchildren, Paul Woolam, Sean Miller and Skylar Miller.
