He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ray Tippie and Helen Faye Lynn Tippie; his spouse Candance "Candy" Janell Tippie; and his siblings, Sherry Rusinovich and Kenneth D. Tippie.
He is survived by: his children, Jud Tippie (Amanda) of China Spring, Crissy Smallridge (Michael) of Marlin, Jacob Pickens (Sherri) of Chelsea and Cassie Fulton (Jerry) of Waxahachie; his sisters, Janis Clay of Celina, Regina Holland (Mike) of Jacksboro and Samantha Tippie of Cool; and his grandchildren, Landon, Aiden, Avery Tippie, Rylan, Grant Pickens, Faith Pinkiert, Lindsey Lee, Brittany Hall and Mackenzie Smallridge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services (913 N Elm St, Weatherford, TX 76086). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, PO Box 188, Rice, Texas 75155, where his son-in-law is pastor.
