She is survived by: her daughter Debra; her son-in-law Jeff Nelms; her son Don; her daughter-in-law Diane Collins; her son Doug; her daughter-in-law Angie Collins; her grandchildren, Jason Nelms, David Michael Collins, Jr., Matthew Akers and Tracy (Joe Lee); her great grandchild Chanse Lee; her sister Elora McCullers; and her nieces, Glenda Harry and Michelle Bottom.
