He is survived by: his sisters, Melinda Chrestman (Don) of Weatherford and Myrna Cantrell of Waco; and his nieces and nephews, Bryan Cantrell of Waco, Collin Cantrell of Houston, Kevin Cantrell, Dean Chrestman of Weatherford, Cathy Cantrell of Waco, Shelley Bracken of Dallas and Laura Janssen of Weatherford. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers remembrances can be made to Lakeshore Baptist Church for Allegro Ministries; or the Center of Hope in Weatherford.
