She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Young and Azalea Young; her sister Janice Farris; and her children, Bruce Allen Grimes and Linda Annette Grimes-Kohr.
She is survived by: her son Hillary Herbert Grimes, Jr. (Rene); and her granddaughters, Paula Davis (James) of Weatherford and Mary Barrera of Seguin, Texas. She is also survived by several grandchildren; and multiple great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel (913 N Elm St, Weatherford, TX 76086).
