She is survived by: her son Jack Johnson; her husband Steven Johnson; her parents, Mary Louise Mathews and Dale Mathews; her sister Kimberly Nielsen; her nieces, Katy Lou and Maggie Nielsen; her nephew Lane Nielsen; and her mother-in-law Gale Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Cook Children's Child Life or Camp John Marc.
