He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Mesnard and Evelyn Sipchanko Mesnard. He is survived by: his wife Esther Mesnard of Wayside; his children, Jonathan Mesnard of Happy and Evelyn Mesnard Donnelly of Tulia; and his grandsons, Shay Mesnard, Lyndon Mesnard and Oakley Mesnard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

The family suggests memorials be made to the Wayside Cemetery, Box 155, Wayside, TX 79094.
