He is survived by: his stepdaughter Donna Gentry; his wife Hazel; his children, Joe Pefuhl (Tina) and Terry Swaner; his grandson Jason Cypert; his great grandchildren, Austin and Haylie; his sister Annette Brown; his grandchildren, Lauren Sanchez and Shawn Wiser; and his great grandchild Austen.
