He is survived by: his parents, Tristen Spradling and Payton Fletcher Spradling; his sister Blayke-Lee; his grandparents, Jody Mack, Lesli Fletcher, Rodney, Christine Lowe Green, Stephen and Lauri Spradling; his great-grandparents, Howard, Nicki Fletcher O'Daniel, Jerry, Brenda Fletcher, Cathy Lowe, Laura Cox, Steve, Ina Spradling, David, Norma Todd, Bobbye, John Moreno, Janet and Randy Featherston; his aunts and uncles, Aaron, Carli Fletcher Middleton, Hannah Fletcher, Lucas Fletcher, Ryan, Kelsey Green, Reese Green, Clayton Spradling, Marco Mathews, Lizee Emerton, Jaxson Emerton and Bryce Todd; and his cousins, Kash Middleton and Kenley Green. He is also survived by numerous great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.
