He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Westerdale and Loretta Westerdale (Gilchrist); and his wife Virginia. He is survived by: his daughter Vicki; his son-in-law George Cerniglia; and his granddaughters, Kimery Shepherd and Jodi Porter. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
