He was predeceased by: his parents, J. W. Stovall and Rosa Mae Stovall; and his brother Travis Stovall. He is survived by: his wife Anna Lou Kelsey; his children, Toby Wayne, Steven Brent and William Harris Stovall; his brother Lee Stovall; and his grandchildren, Aimee, Melissa, Kristopher, Kelsey, Courtney, Tyler and Emily. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
