He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Smith and Arlene Smith; and his siblings, Carol Montgomery and David Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jana Smith; his sister Linda Smith of Bethel Park, PA; his mother-in-law Carolyn Bills; his sisters-in-law, Susie Macon (Robert), Shirley Brady and Vickie Bills McCauley (Vance); his niece Ami Burrow (David); and his nephew Zach Macon (Kelsey).
