He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Chipman of Palmer; his wife Yvonne Chipman of Bristol; his daughters, Tonya Spence (Wesley) of Bristol and Shelia Billings (Shane) of Ennis; his grandchildren, Harmony Spence (Dylan), Everett Billings, Scarlet Billings and Ethan Billings; his sister Sally Chipman of Palmer; and his pet Sugar.
