She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelmer Frank and Margaret Frank; her husband William Paul Howard; her son Ted Petty; and her siblings, Margie Jones, Bea Stevens and Tonette Weaver.
She is survived by: her son Jay Petty (Pam); her grandsons, Shane Petty (Jaycee), Sheldon Petty and Clayton Petty; her great grandchild Chloe Mae Petty; and her sisters, Jenny Rountree and Catherine Christopherson. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members.
