He is survived by: his wife Maria Del Carmen Gonzalez; his children, Isabel Margarita Aguilar (Gerardo), Maribel Gonzalez (Ezequiel Ruiz) and Santos Gonzalez III; his grandchildren, Ezequiel Ruiz Jr., Zoey Natalia Ruiz, Zulema Olivia Ruiz and Ezra Ruiz; and his siblings, Irma Gonzalez, Alicia Gonzalez, Jamie Gonzalez Sr., Gloria Gonzalez, Deborah Guerrero (Alferdo), Martin Gonzalez, Cindy Luna, Ruth Gonzalez and Dolia Marinez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
