She is survived by: her children, Haley Lauderdale (Chad Lauderdale), Zachary Zoll (Geneva Zoll) and Abigail Hagar (Joey Hagar); her grandchildren, Desiree Branden (Zach Starr), Travion Zoll (Heather Zoll), Payton Grant (Zahra Grant), Jordan Grant, Miley Moore and Brayden Moore; her great grandchildren, Blaire Willow, Weston Starr and Brayden Grant; and her brothers, John May (Jan May) and Jim May.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Sam's memory to an animal rescue organization.
