She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Pendry and Winnie Clay Pendry; and her husband Warren Tolliver. She is survived by: her daughter Norma Jean Tolliver Horner; her grandparents, Kris and Sarah Reeder; her great grandchildren, Travis Sutherland (Amanda), Josh Sutherland, Samantha Sutherland, Allyson Reeder, Alexis Reeder and Zane Reeder; and her great great grandchild Shelby Ma Sutherland of Colorado.
