She is survived by: her father Gilberto Salinas; her husband Troy Ellis; her son David; her grandchildren, Kamilah and Malakai Diaz; her son Diego; her grandson Owen Diaz; her daughters, Kelsie Ellis, Clara Due and Mariela; her son-in-law Larry Hout; her grandchildren, Layla Grace Hout and Larry IV Hout; and her sisters, Graciela Salinas, Alma Guerrero and Isamari Salinas (Ruben Alvarez).
