Robert Price Roye Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Price Roye of Waxahachie, Texas, born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Watson "Payne" Roye; and his sister Mary "Tresa" Long. He is survived by: his children, Benjamin, Carson, Alysann, Natalie, Lucy, Payne and Eli; his wife Pamela Sue Roye of Waxahachie; his grandchildren, Benjamin Anthony Travis Roye (Siru), Carson Andrew Roye (Chasity), Kennedy Jean, Graham Price, Alysann Grace Rutan (Brock), Natalie Suzanne Calkins (Skyler), Lucile Pearl Roye and Payne Augustus Roye; his mother Mary Beth Roye (Rosser); his siblings, Melinda (Randy Miller), Dr. Watson Payne "Sonny" (Teresa Roye) and Rosser "Ross" Earl (Kelli Roye); and his brother-in-law Steve Long. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Robert's last request of his family was to donate blood since he was so often a recipient during his major heart surgeries. Robert would be thrilled if friends and families donated blood in his honor to help others.
