He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Blythe and Otha Lee Blythe; his parents-in-law, Ruby Radney and Johnnie Radney; and his cousin Rick.
He is survived by: his son Chance Blythe; his wife Sandra Blythe (Radney); his daughter-in-law Nicole; his grandson Nash; his cousins, Elizabeth Musgrave and Musgrave; his siblings-in-law, Gary Radney and Jody Radney; his nephew Luke (Shannon); and his great-nephews, Wyatt and Graham.
