He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Brebner Moir and Wilda Carolyn Brickell Moir; his wife Elva Ann Brock Moir; his grandchildren, Simon Wayne O'Rear, Bethany Brooklyn Garrett, Darian Lee Messer (Partner), Jaylon Ray Garrett and Karlie Rae Garrett; and his sister Lynda Lu Moir Graves.
