With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Hayes Curry Jr. (Waxahachie, Texas), born in Hillsboro, Texas, who passed away on June 26, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Mae Crabtree and Richard H. Curry, Sr.; his mother-in-law Jane Mathers; his wife Jane; and his sisters, Violet Johnson, Lillian Murdoch, Doris Nuzum, Merle Walker and Ann Ella Corley.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Curry (Kimberly) and Kirk Curry (Jennifer); and his sister Brenda Dobbie. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Brown Street Church of Christ or to the American Cancer Society in Richard's name.
