He is survived by: his mother Anita Hendrickson; his wife Carey Hendrickson; his children, Phillip Hendrickson III (Jessica) and Allison Krusen (Justin Thomas); his grandchildren, Hanah, Harlee, Kamryn, Jakob, Tyler and Garrett; his father Phillip Hendrickson Sr.; his siblings, Sally Southworth (Harlen), Patty Klawitter (Steve) and Terry Hendrickson (Lucy); and his close friend Sherri Frantz.
