She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Edith Witte and George Rusk; and her husband Michael Kough. She is survived by: her brother Paul Dean Rusk of Sarasota; and her children, Dale Kough of Orlando, Katherine Scarberry of Colorado Springs and Rachael Edwards (Matthew) of Waxahachie, Texas.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great- great grandchildren.
