He was predeceased by: his mother Naoma Poynor. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Brek Poynor (Alissa) and Mandy Hillner (Dan); and his grandchildren, Oliver Poynor, Caroline Poynor, Quinn Hillner, Elliot Poynor and Emmie Hillner. He is also survived by loving in-laws, numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the Brown Street Church of Christ and designated for Education, Children's Ministry, or Youth Ministry at 2471 Brown Street Waxahachie, TX 75167.
