It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Jeane Christian (Waxahachie, Texas), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on August 1, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Hummel and Jeanne Hummel; her brother Leon C. Hummel; her grandson Aaron Michael Christian; and her husband Robert Christian, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Robert Christian, Jr. (Maria), Michael Christian (Kelly) and Dana Hoffmann (Thomas); her grandchildren, Alicia, Shawna, Isabella, Jason, Colin, Hannah, Erin Ruth, Zachary, Troy, Sidney and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Erin Elizabeth, Jessica, Melissa, Timothy, Erek, Christian, Carter, Jake, Cody and Cylas; her great great grandchild Leila; and her sister-in-law Patricia Dockins. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation in her honor.
