She was predeceased by: her parents, Nat Ira and Nora Myrtle Jackson; her husband James W. Helms; and her siblings, Teddy, Jeff, Leroy, Bob, Donnie, Gary, Darrell Jackson and Delores Jones.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqueline Marie (Tommy Quesenberry) and Kerri (Todd Wilson); her grandchildren, Jacob, Sydney and Sophie; and her siblings, Melvin Jackson, Billie Jo Livingston, Iva Coleman, Faye Guinn, Gloria Authur, Ruby (Terry Sitz), Patsy King, Barbara Daugherty and Everyone.
