She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris E Miller (Craighead) and Nathan "Bud" Miller; her son William "Luther" Harris; her granddaughter Mary Harie Harris; and her brother Nathan Eugene Miller.

She is survived by: her husband Danny B. Harris Sr.; her son Danny B. Harris II; her grandchildren, Danny "Brent" Harris III and Kaytlyn Grace Harris; her sisters, Francis Skinner, Carolyn Bright and Connie Miller; and her niece Jaclyn King.
