She was predeceased by: her uncle Payton McCarty; and her grandparents, Joe Bob and Linda Underwood. She is survived by: her parents, Mandie Forner and Justin Grmela; her siblings, Eve Forner, Emily Forner, Ella Forner, Colby Grmela, Ethan Grmela, Chance Harper, Brooks Harper, Macon Harper and Sam Forner; her grandparents, Chris, Lynn Forner, Kim Forner, Rusty Booher, Dana, Karla Heberling, David, Dawn Brown and Donna Klein; and her close friend Isabella Gomez. She is also survived by her Great Grandparents, many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home Chapel (511 W Main St, Waxahachie, TX 75165). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (5744 FM 66, Maypearl, TX 76064). A burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dallas-Ft. Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
