He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lester Housand and Anna Rebecca Grainger Housand; and his brothers, W. L. Housand and Donald J. Housand. He is survived by: his wife Kay Housand; his daughter Laurie Small (Darryl); his grandchildren, Korey Cox (Kim) and Kaley Ferguson (Andrew); his daughter Jenny Gosling; and his siblings, Marie Locklair and C. Howard Housand. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
