It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Landon Jernigan of Waxahachie, Texas, born in Irving, Texas, who passed away on August 26, 2021, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, George and Merle Duke; his grandparents, Dr. Samuel and Carolyn Jernigan; his uncles, Ronnie Duke, David Jernigan and Bryan Jernigan; and his cousins, Christopher Jordan and Molly Jordan.

He is survived by: his parents, James Jernigan and Amy Davis; his close friend Laighton Paige Jernigan; his grandparents, Garey and Fay Davis; and his aunts and uncles, Ron Jones, Bruce Jernigan, Cathy Barnes, Kathryn Adams, Julia Jernigan Gibson and Sharon Salinas. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family members, and countless friends.
