He is survived by: his parents, Dave Whitaker (Carol) and Linda Foreman (Terry); his wife Donna L Whitaker; his stepdaughter Kendra Lantz; his granddaughters, Scarlett, Evelyn and Millie Herrera; his brother Eric (Lisa Whitaker); his stepsister Tish (Bill Lewis); and his close friend Mike (Karen Orr). He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews.
