He is survived by: his children, Randall, Mary Beth and James; his wife Melinda Beth Miller of Waxahachie; and his grandchildren, Randall Payne Miller, Logan Rex, Reece Alexander "Pappy', Mary Beth Wainscott (Mark), Whitley Elizabeth and Brooklyn Marie.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Avenue Church (1761 N Hwy 77, Waxahachie, TX 75165).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his name to The Avenue Church.
