He was predeceased by: his father Jim Cawley; and his sister Brooke Steyskal. He is survived by: his mother Betty Mussleman; his daughters, Kennedy King and Kate King; his siblings, Donald King (Carrie King) and Shellie Estes (Ronnie Estes); and his nieces and nephews, Brittany Holmes, Mitchell, Karlee, Savannah King, Alana Cook, Mandi Norman, R. D. Estes, Hunter, Hallie Elrod, Landry and Grayson Elrod.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Ovilla Church of Christ (3420 Ovilla Rd, Red Oak, TX 75154).
