He is survived by: his children, Timothy and Naomi; his brothers, Michael and David; his sisters-in-law, Star and Tiffiny; his nieces and nephews, Travis, William, Christian, Dylan, Nathan, Missy, Becky, Rachel, Hope, Trinity and Ashlynn; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Billy, Sam, Oliver, Aurora and Charlie; the mother of his children Laurie Vicalvi; and his former wife Michelle.
