He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Williams (William Williams) of Moore, Oklahoma., Mark Belyea (Alicia) of Vernon, Texas, Joseph Belyea Jr., David Belyea of Norman, Oklahoma and Patrick Belyea of Kansas City, Missourri.; and his grandchildren, Heather Molsbee, Kurt Williams, Larissa Belyea, Aaron Belyea, Claire Be and Gwen Belyea-Irvin.
