He was predeceased by: his father Jose Andrade. He is survived by: his mother Andrea Andrade (Horno); his wife Lucidalia Rodriquez; his sons, Christian Andrade, Jorge Andrade Jr. and Eduardo Perez; his grandson Elijah Angel Andrade; and his siblings, Juan Andrade, Alberto Andrade and Rosa Andrade.
