He was predeceased by: his parents, John Davison and Veatrice Davison; and his siblings, J. E. Ramsey, Butch Davison, Clara Belcher and Rita Hendrix.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Davison Bannister (Rick) of Red Oak and Teresa Davison Bannister (Joe) of Midlothian; his grandchildren, Cody Bannister, Ryan Bannister, Sara Bannister and Lauren Bannister; his former wife Carolyn Davison; his stepdaughter Donna Chocklett; and his sisters, Barbara Horton (James), Drenda Strong (Bobby) and Beckly Alonzo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the St. Jude's Children Research Hospital as Jimmy cared deeply for it.
