He is survived by: his stepsons, Bobby and Michael Varner; his grandchildren, Colton Varner, April Marner-Heileman and Kate Dibble; his wife Robbie Nell Dugger; his children, Richard Dugger and Rhonda Thomas (Robert Thomas); his grandchildren, Nathan Bloodworth (Courtney) and Brooke Pike (Dillon); his stepsons, Gary Varner (Kelly) and Terry Varner (Sheila); his grandchildren, Heather Thomas, Phillip Varner, Garrett Varner (Haley), Courtney Varner, Michael Varner (Brittany), Chris Varner, Kevin Varner, Megan Varner, Ted (Ashley) and Tyler Varner; and his great grandchildren, Prezleigh, Ruth, Willow Bloodworth, Skylar Lyons, Brantley, Ty Pike, Ethan Burden, Lyla, Michael, Makenna, Conleigh, Leighton and Keaton Plus. He is also survived by his parents, grandparents, sisters and uncles, aunts and cousins.
Joe had been battling Parkinson's and congestive heart failure for years.
