Middleton, Jesse Middleton, Jayden Middleton, Josey Middleton, Desarae Davis, Stephanie Gray, Stephen Davis Jr., Alexis Davis, Memorey Hinds (Cody), Mariah Ross (Jason), Samantha Staggs, Paige Lincoln, Nikki Stacks, Josh McGee, Taylor McGee (Brittani) and Dominic Orozco; his sister Carolyn Sue Smith (Royce Smith); his nieces, Julie Shoulders (Michael) and Christy Hardin (Mike); and his nephew Royce Smith (Starla). He is also survived by many great nephews/nieces and friends.
